Am I FOUR yet?

Meg asks me every day about her age. Trust me, no one is looking forward to the day she turns 4 more than I am! Every morning, the questions about her age, are something like this...

  1. Am I four yet?
  2. Did I turn four last night?
  3. Why does it take so long to turn four?
  4. Are you four?
  5. Look, I strapped myself into my car seat, I must be four (this is my fault because I told her that as soon as she learned to strap herself in, she would turn four)
  6. When do I turn four?
  7. Is today my b-day?
  8. How much longer until I'm four?
  9. Do I turn four today?
  10. How old am I?

You get the picture. So, we're counting down the days until she turns four. 17 days and counting. Of course, as far as she's concerned, she'll be turning four the day of her b-day party...which is 8 days before her actual party. Hopefully that will stop the questioning! I feel like I'm being interrogated by my 3 (almost 4) year old.

Last Saturday, I took her to get her pictures taken at Target. I'm really excited about how they turned out. The entire photo shoot took less than 10 minutes. The photographer at Target really knows how to keep Meg's attention.

Very cute photos of a very cute child! I've never tried Target for photography. Maybe I should consider it.

The pics are adorable! My son is totally into how many minutes it will take us to get wherever we are going...home, store, etc... Its a bit aggravating, but I've got most of the standard ETAs worked out now. LOL!

OMG...love the pictures!! Taking pics of an almost 4 year old looks wayyyyy easier than trying to take good pics of a baby! (mattynever liked getting his pics taken at studios when he was little)

Look at her working the camera, too cute!

Goodness seems old my eldest just turned 3.5 and I am not looking forward to the next birthday. They get big far too quickly.

What a little doll - she is adorable!!! Those are amazing pictures. Yes, they ask about birthdays a lot, my four year old is already asking about his fifth birthday (next March) and I have to explain to him all the other family birthdays and celebrations and holidays before his, lol!!

Great pictures! She's beautiful. Wonder what she thinks is so magical about being four? Well, I hope it meets her expectations.

We just went through the exact same thing! My daughter just turned four, and she could barely contain herself leading up to the actual day. Now, just one month later, she's already working on five.

You have a beautiful little girl! Gosh, time flies by so quickly eh? I can't believe it, but I'm going to have a 4 year old too (in a few months). I have taken both my kiddos to Target before for pics and they have come out great each time! Thanks for stopping by! Love your blog design!
